Potential corporate buyers have requested Ren Fu Collection not to make public the collection of excavated tea and Gong Fu tea wares but they agree we can used our archaeological data trove to write a second book, do newspaper write-ups, television documentary, provide or donate our archaeological research materials to PHD researchers and professors of universities and museums, etc. because we still own the rights to the archaeological data trove( especially the gravestone/tombstone epitaphs data and pictures trove which we cannot give away) even after sale.

Do not worry, the new corporate owners, if negotiation is successful, we are confident will open a museum for the public to visit in the future as implied in the negotiation.

In the mean time Ren Fu Collection is happy to inform you that this June 2023 the first group of professors from University Malaya is coming to visit and view our archaeological trove followed by another batch of professors from Xiamen University in July and maybe after that another contingent of professors from a Hong Kong university/museum and maybe too from Singapore National University and Nanyang Technological University are heading to Ren Fu Collection to see our archaeological discovery of Gong Fu Tea.(the professors/ PHD researchers of European/American/ Japanese universities and museums are next when we can find time to deal with them).After the universities, museums and other institutions of learning have completed their study and research based on Ren Fu Collection’s huge archaeological data trove, the knowledge, idea and study of Gong Fu Tea and Old Zisha Hus will never be the same again. The dynamics of change will affect all aspects of tea and Yixing arts education like the history of tea science, tea technology, tea art, Zisha art and so on.

At also the same time, Ren Fu Collection will begin a media blitz around the world starting with the first newspaper interviews for newspaper write-ups in Malaysia, and hopefully also to other countries like mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, United Kingdom, United States, Netherlands, Germany and even Dubai( it takes time and some countries will be faster than the other especially with the help of digital communication) all with the ultimate aim of helping to expedite the successful acceptance of Gong Fu Tea into UNESCO List of Intangible World Cultural Heritage and with our ultimate dream that our second book titled, “ The archaeological discoveries of Gong Fu Tea, the legendary Small Meng Chen Zhuni Pot and the most elusive Old Master Potter Hui Meng Chen” will one day sit on the desk in front of the President of the People’s Republic of China who is known to love and respect Gong Fu Tea and harbored the hope that Gong Fu Tea will be included in UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Therefore be warned that our archaeological postings might suffer interruptions because of all that we have mentioned but we will try to keep you informed.

P/s： We will announce all the universities and museums that will received Ren Fu Collection’s donation of its huge archaeological data trove in good time. And if you must know, our lawyers have drafted an “Indemnity against Litigation” legal document for professors or PHD researchers to sign to protect them legally when they accept our donation.

By the way, do not worry, like we told some potential buyers just recently, after we have sold our last big collection of Gong Fu tea wares, there will still be one or two hundred loose Pots left for sale.
